Daily Nugget
Friday, March 21th, 2014, Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.
“Unless the clay be well pounded, no pitcher can be made” (Latin Proverb).
The nicks, cuts, and bruises of our day to day life serve to mold us into the useable vessel that God needs. We must not fail to embrace scratches that bring character to our legacy. The writer of Psalms 4:4 says, “Stand in awe and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still.” In other words, we are to receive the work of God in our life and grow thereby.
God, thank You for the molding You give us to make us into useable vessels. Amen.
