Daily Nugget

   Wednesday, May 15th, 2013.  Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“The great tragedy of life is not unanswered prayer, but unoffered prayer” (F.B. Meyer).

The blessings we have missed by not talking to God today, this week, and in our lifetime can never be regained. The minutes we could have spent with God are gone forever; therefore, we must cherish the time we have today. The apostle Paul, in his letter in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, tells them and us to “Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

God, thank You for these minutes today. Amen
