Daily Nugget

     Friday, March 15th, 2013.  Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“A man who could make one rose . . . would be accounted most wonderful; yet God scatters countless such flowers around us! His gifts are so infinite that we do not see them” (Martin Luther 1483–1546).

God carpets our hills, valleys, and roadsides with grasses and flowers and then throws in a bright blue sky and a brilliant sunset.  The best picture man can pain cannot capture all the complexities and depth God puts into a second or the next or the next.

The writer of Psalm 29:2 gives us these words of praise: “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”

God, thank You minute by minute for each picture of beauty You give us. Amen
