... Giving The Spirit ...

".... The nations will know that I am Yahweh"-the declaration of the Lord God -"when I demonstrate My holiness through you in their sight .... I will place My Spirit within you and cause you to follow My statutes and carefully observe My ordinances."

The great desire of the pagan religions is to somehow receive the 'spirit' of the sacrifice being offered. Drinking the blood of the sacrifice, eating the flesh of the sacrifice, smearing remains of the sacrifice over one's self ... all pitiful efforts to somehow 'receive' the spirit, power, skill of the object killed.

Here, Yahweh freely gives His Spirit ... with all The Spirit's benefits for It's recipient. And, their life is changed ... forever.
