This is the name given to Yahweh by Hagar when she first fled from Sarai ... and God Saw her ... and God blessed her with the son Ishmael ... whose name means "The Mighty One that Hears" ... for Yahweh had both heard her sighs and saw her condition ... and Yahweh blessed her.
