Who am I anyway to think I can solve my concerns by spending all night tossing and turning, much less solve all the world’s ills. I agree with Mary in releasing my worries to God, for He is big enough to shoulder my bag of trials along with everything else He is handling. The writer of 1Peter 5:7 reminds us to

“Cast all your care upon Him, because He cares about you.”
