“I gave in, and admitted that God was God” (C. S. Lewis).

 Each of us must come to the end of self to understand and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior. Instead of trying to become as gods (satan’s lie to Adam and Eve), we need to line up with Peter, who said in Matthew 16:16, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”       

God, give us leaders willing to stand for righteousness. Give us the courage to stand with them.  Amen.
