"The cause of freedom is the cause of God" (Samuel Bowles).

Jesus told us in John 8:36, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” 

In Luke 4:18, Jesus also said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”

Praise The Lord! He is here to set us free, not just here and now, but for eternity.

God, thank You for freedom through Your Son. Amen.
