Yahweh, Day 111

 

Day 111, Yahweh: His NAME Cometh #2

"Look, Yahweh comes from far away, His anger burning and heavy with smoke. His lips are full of fury, and His tongue is like a consuming fire. 28 His breath is like an overflowing torrent that rises to the neck. [He comes] to sift the nations in a sieve of destruction and to put a bridle on the jaws of the peoples to lead [them] astray."

The roar of the African lion can be heard up to 7 miles away.  The lion stalks it's prey ... silent ... intent ... determined.  The first shock the one being stalked hears is that shattering roar as the lion suddenly leaps into the death assault.  Jaws wide ... mane flared ... eyes aflame ... claws bared ... the dance of doom has begun.

Many are oblivious and totally unconcerned that they are being stalked ... by Yahweh.  Once they hear the roar ... the assault has begun.  No repentance will be heard then.

Intercessory Prayer:  Oh God!  Have mercy!  Oh God!  Open our eyes to the terror of holiness!  In Jesus Name.  Amen.
