People will accept your idea much more readily if you tell them Benjamin Franklin said it first.

Credibility is an issue in almost every aspect of our lives. We trust Dr.’s, teachers, and other people many times by the credentials they show us or by the letters following their names. The most trusted recommendation comes from word of mouth or on the reliability of personal experience.

Jesus tells us to “But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil” (Matthew 5:37).

God, let the words of my mouth be acceptable in Your sight. Amen.
