“God’s will is hard only when it comes up against our stubbornness, then it is as cruel as a ploughhshare and as devastating as an earthquake.” (Oswald Chambers 1874–1917)

When we let go of our own will and way and seek to let God have control we find (shock, shock) His way is best for us. Remember these  words from James 4:6-7, “God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. yourselves therefore to God.”

God, Let our will become lost in Yours and let me see the value of obeying You. Amen.
