Losing a child to death brings a myriad of emotions ...

all complicated ... all different ... all difficult.

While well intentioned and i know I'm not the only one to have ever received this nifty bit of "encouraging advice" but after loosing both our first and second son first to still birth and second to premature lungs we got a lot of  "you should look into adoption"

Father, Yahweh, I pray today for Shawn, and all who have lost a child.  I pray that you will bring healing to each and every one, and the joy of Your presence in the reality of their loss.
