Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“As we look back we will find our cheerleaders. Some gave us an encouraging word in our ear, some a pat on the back, and others a timely kick in the pants. Each action--though different--hits the mark to achieve the intended results” (me).

God places relatives, friends, and even adversaries in our path to shape who we are. The writer of Proverbs 27:17 reminds us, “ Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

  

God, thank you for each tool You bring our way to mold us.  Amen.
