Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“Forgiveness ought to be like a cancelled note—torn in two and burned up, so that it never can be shown against one.” (Henry Ward Beecher)

To forgive and forget is not so easy from a human perspective. God however, sets the example for us to follow. The writer of Psalms 103:11-12 puts it this way, “For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”

God, Thank You for Your forgiveness toward us. Amen
