Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

"What is fanaticism today is the fashionable creed tomorrow, and trite as the multiplication table a week after." (Wendell Phillips 1811-1884)

How fitting this statement is from someone a few generations before we arrived on the scene. For example, we have seen the edgy music we grew up around  become the "elevator" music of today. It is good to have some constants in this world that we can count on. The writer of Hebrews 13:8 reminds us: "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever."

God, thank You for Your continuing stability forever. Amen.
