In Philippians 3:13-14, the apostle Paul gives us these words as an encouragement to move forward in our relationship with God:

“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

"God, let us release yesterday and its shortcomings so that we can live in the present and seek a closer walk with You each day.
