   Sunday, August 11th, 2013.  Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“A sunny temper gilds the edges of life’s blackest cloud” (Guthrie).

When two dark angry clouds encounter each other, the response is great and brilliant flashes of lightening. The writer of Proverbs 15:1 puts it this way: “A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.”

If only we temper our words, think of the silver linings we will find behind each cloud.
God, help my words to edify others and to glorify You. Amen
