LIfe is precious

Losing a child to death brings a myriad of emotions ...

.all complicated ... all different ... all difficult.
Silent Grief  speaks today about ... predictability....

Life is precious. A child's life is a miracle. When child loss occurs we lose something both precious and miraculous. That loss is not just difficult to describe, but is impossible to explain. Child loss is in a totally different category than losing one's health, losing a job, losing all finances, etc. Child loss is a spiritual loss -- a heart loss -- a part-of-life loss. And, that is why -- try as we might -- as long as we are on this earth there will always be a portion of our heart (soul) that does not feel complete. The only way we will be complete is when we reunite with our child again in heaven -- that place where our soul will be reunited with the soul of our child. And, that is why heaven becomes our only real hope of being whole again! Until that time, we will most assuredly feel the aching absence of our child -- a very real part of our life!

Father, Yahweh, I pray today for Silent Grief, and all who have lost a child. or a grandchild.  I pray that You will hold them as close to Your heart as You hold the child they love and lost.
 Father, bless them today.

xtnyoda, shalomed
