Daily Nugget

   Wednesday,March 6th, 2013. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“God cannot accept goodness from me. He can only accept my badness, and he will give me the solid goodness of the Lord Jesus in exchange for it” (Oswald Chambers 1874–1917).

All our best is as filthy rags in God’s sight (Isaiah 64:6).  And…there is none righteous, no not one (Romans 3:10).  Thankfully,  the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).

God, thank You for accepting us as we are… redeemed, by Your Son’s blood on the cross. Amen
