Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Gen. 1:1). Stop “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord” ( Luke 2:11).

From the creation of the world, all history is divided by one significant event: the birth of God’s Son Jesus. Many things change our individual lives, but this birth of a baby changed everything. The reason this birth made such a difference is that “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

God, thank You for loving us enough to send Your Son Jesus to change everthing. Amen.
