Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“No man is ever more than four steps from God: conviction, repentance, consecration, and faith”  (Roy L. Smith).

It is valuable to know we are that close, yet sad to know we are what keeps us separated. The writer of Isaiah 55:6-7 says it this way: “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.”

 God, forgive us of our sin that we might have the walk with You that You want. Amen.
