Temptations hover on every corner. Satan knows what it will take to lead us astray. He is aware of the very thing it will take to cause us to fall and bring destruction not only to ourselves, but also many times to those around us.  The writer of James 4:7 gives us this advice: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

 God, keep us near to You and away from temptations. Amen.
