Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

With all the ways God shows Himself to us in creation and all of nature, just imagine how awesome He really is when we know He can’t let us see Him full strength. The writer of Genesis 28:16-17 records the encounter of God with Jacob: “When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he said, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I did not know it.” He was afraid and said, “What an awesome place this is! This is none other than the house of God. This is the gate of heaven.”

God, thank You for those glimpses we get to have of You. Amen
