Advice to Myself

Losing a loved one to death brings a myriad of emotions ... all complicated ... all different ... all difficult.
Jennifer speaks today about the need to gives one's self permission to be ... happy.
"It was advice I gave to myself, that's it's ok to be incredibly sad and heartbroken and overwhelmed, but it's ok to be happy to."
Jennifer
Father, Yahweh, I pray today for for Jennifer, and I thank you for the wisdom in her statement about the need to give one's self permission to feel joy again ... as well as the sorrow.
