Obama decided to inform the Defense Department that they needed to make $400 Billion in cuts by announcing this is in a speech without even mentioning it to his Defense Secretary....

The ever moving effort to make us just another 3rd world nation. If they were to succeed they might not really like what they achieve ... that is unless they really do like corruption, greed, mayhem, and terror among the citizenry.
