How many of us would have been better off consulting our dads about certain opportunities before us, or pitfalls in front of us, and taking their advice? How much greater still if our plans were made in always following the will of our heavenly Father? Knowing the choices Jesus made were right, let us take His advice in John 12:26 as He said,

“If any man serve me, let him follow me.”

"God, my desire is to do Your will.
Amen."
