"How far did you walk?"

As members of our church joined walking groups this spring, that question was asked many time each week. I even heard some people reflect on the fact that they did not believe they could walk that far. In listening to those comments, I remembered the word of the writer of Psalm 37:23:

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

Yes, God knows our first and last heartbeat and every step in-between. Because of that knowledge, we can rejoice in knowing He is in control and cares even about the trials we must go through.
