"The enemies a person makes by taking a stand will have more respect for him than the friends he makes by being on the fence."

In this day and age when politicians rule by whichever way the public opinion flows, it is many times harder for an individual to stand firm and be counted. The writer of James 5:12 gives us this advice:

“Let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.”

"God, Give us the fortitude to stand for righteousness in these trying days.
