Saturday, April 10th. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“If a man gets drunk and goes out and breaks his leg so that it must be amputated, God will forgive him if he asks it, but he will have to hop around on one leg all his life.”
(Dwight Lyman Moody, 1837–1899)

Even though we thank God for His forgiveness, each of us still bears the scars of our trials and tribulations.

The writer of Galatians 6:7-9, gives this advice:
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

"God, Thank You for the love and forgiveness You give to me in spite of my imperfections.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

God is with us always in every trial.
