Yahweh...

Shalom... The Beginning Place

So Gideon built an altar to the Lord there and called it Yahweh Shalom.

The encounter is the true beginning of Gideon's life.

The challenges that faced Gideon and God's people were daunting... overwhelming actually...

Typically... this is where we meet Yahweh Shalom... lest we think we need Him not.

Typically... this is exactly where our true lives begin...
