In an email rumor, an atheist was said to have filed suit because there are no holidays for atheists as there are for Christians, such as Christmas and Easter. Supposedly, the judge informed him that a holiday does exist for atheists and it is celebrated on the first of April each year,

"A fool hath said in his heart, There is no God." Psalm 14:1

Again, this is a false rumor, but it points out two problems.

First, we have a major situation where our nation is hungry to sue someone else thus making the rumor believable.

Secondly, it is no laughing matter for someone not to believe in God.

Proverbs 1:7 tells us, “The fear of the lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” April 1, as well as every day, is a reminder for us to pray for those who do not have a relationship with God through the saving blood of Jesus.
