Here is a four minute video record of the very impressive efforts of the citizens of Fargo, ND, in their desperate efforts to save their city from the flooding as a result of "global warming" up there!

Oh, and by the way, I didn't see any FEMA trucks or personnel in the video? Looks like the citizens up there took it upon themselves to save themselves and not wait around for someone to come save them... like the federal government.

Might just be a lesson here for the folks in New Orleans?
