Daily Nugget

     Tuesday, August 13th, 2013.  Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“Man thinks he loses something—time— when he does not do things quickly. Yet he does not know what to do with the time he gains—except kill it” (Erich Fromm 1900–1980).

Many things steal our time.  In fact, a world of challenges try to keep us from the more or most important activity. How and where we spend our time indicates the value we place on that activity. The writer of Ecclesiastes 3:17 says,  “I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.”

Thank You for the right to remain silent. Help us to chose that option at appropriate times. Amen.
