Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there, there is no such thing.” (C.S. Lewis )

As we accept God, we begin to grow in the understanding of His love for us. When that time comes, we are able to reach beyond ourselves in sharing the love He builds within us. The writer if 1^st John 4:7-8 encourages us with these words: “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.”

God, thank You for the love, joy and peace that allows us to share Your love with others.  Amen.
