Sometimes the only one we hear from, whether at work, club, or church, is the one who wants to stir up trouble. The reason this is the one heard is because others have put their shoulders to the task.  When we are in unity, in working together what we hear is akin to a contented hive of bees making sweet honey. We hear kind words encouraging each other to greater peace and harmony. The writer of Psalms133:1 reminds us: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

         

God, thank  You for drawing us together by drawing near to You. Amen.
