Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.
“We can never be lilies in the garden unless we have spent time as bulbs in the dark, totally ignored.”Sometimes our greatest growth comes when we find ourselves alone in prayer with God. Jesus himself stole away at least a couple times, once into the wilderness and once to the garden. We know He encountered testing of the devil in the wilderness. In the garden, He encountered God, and as He sought His Father's confirmation, He prayed these words in Matthew 26:42,

“O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.”"God, let us be willing to go through the challenges that bring growth to us.
