Our character is who we are when no one is looking. Our character, therefore, is infinitely more important because it is who we are to self and to God. The writer of Hebrews 12:28 tells us:

“Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.”

"God, teach us to live pleasing to You.
