Daily Nugget

Saturday, December 3rd, 2011.

Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.”
(Pablo Picasso)
In our early life we develop our creativity. It is either enhanced by our mentors (parents, teachers or siblings), or squelched by the same. As the mentor, which are you doing? As we grow older we still need times of encouragement. The apostle Paul writes these words to his brothers in the Lord, in 1Thessalonians 3:2-3,
“We sent Timothy, our brother and God’s co-worker in the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you concerning your faith, so that no one will be shaken by these persecutions. For you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.”
Who did God put in your path today to encourage?

"God, Let me be the strength to someone for Your glory.
Amen."
