Jesus in Matthews 22:37 has this advice for us, meaning about the same thing as the words above:

“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.”

Several commercials say, “Don’t accept cheap imitations.” In the worship of God, such advice is certainly true.
