Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“When we see everyone is a part of us,
that any criticism we make is self-criticism,
we will extend to ourselves an unconditional love

The Bible gives us the account of creation, the time when God created Adam and Eve in Genesis 1:27-28 in His image. Shortly thereafter, man, through sin, messed it up. Then again in Genesis 6-8 (just 8 generations from Adam), God, through the flood, again reduced us to one family. So any time we are tempted to criticize or make fun of another race or person with infirmities, we must remind ourselves,

"This is my brother."

"God, thank You for my family. Help me to encourage, not to criticize, my extended brothers and sisters.
Amen."
