The influence you have can help encourage someone to remain strong and faithful. Be the friend to your friends that you would want them to be for you. This was said of Job in Job 4:3-4:

“Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast strengthened the weak hands. Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees.”

What is said about you? Do your hands (and words) lift and hold up, or do they push down?
