When we have a relationship with God through His son Jesus, we have no need for an instrument, for His joy fills our hearts with music enough to put a bounce in our steps. If we apply these words of the writer of Psalms 5:11, our hearts will be lifted:

“Let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.”

"God, thank You for the melody You place in our hearts--the melody that puts us in harmony with You.
