Thursday, November 4th, 2010. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

Do you know how cranberries are harvested? When the fruit is ripe, the cranberry bog is flooded with water. As the water covers the bush, the ruby red berries separate from the bush and float to the surface where they are gathered and distributed to cranberry lovers around the country.

When the flood waters of trouble and trials sweep over our soul, what is the result? Can we let go and let the fruit of the Spirit flow out to bless not only us but also to be a blessing to others. The apostle Paul list these fruits of the spirit in Galatians 2:23-24:
“The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

Let the world see God’s fruit growing in you.

"God, thank You for the fruit You produce in us through our trials.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

Our God is an awesome God.
