To take time to ponder a lesson or verse of scripture serves to embed it into your heart and mind. As a result it helps to become a part of who we are and develops our character to help mold us into the person our Heavenly Father wants us to be.

The apostle Paul gave this chare to his younger charge Timothy,

“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.” (1Timothy 4:15)

"God, Let Your words drip into our heart to mold me into the servant You need me to be.
