We cannot keep Satan from tempting us with evil suggestions, but we can keep from responding to them. Notice what the writer of Hebrews 4:15-16 says,

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

"God, Thank You for the times You keep us from temptation and the sin it brings. Thank You for the mercy of Your forgiveness when we slip.
Amen."
