“Thy speech betrayeth thee” (Matthew 26:73). Speech is the index of the soul. Utterance is the open door through which the character is known. Words are the fruit of the lips, and by their fruits we know them.

May we follow the words given by St. Francis of Assisi:

"Preach the gospel at all times. Use words if necessary."

"God help me to so live that not only my words but my actions display a testimony of Your love.
Amen."
