Day 72, Yahweh… The Power of Acceptance

1Kings 18:24 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)

"Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of Yahweh. The God who answers with fire, He is God." All the people answered, "That [sounds] good."

As noted earlier ... fire consuming the offering was the sure evidence of Yahweh's acceptance. This is the same reality seen in Acts chapter 2 as fire falls from heaven on the disciples ... the evidence of Yahweh's acceptance.

This is for every believer ... we are accepted in the Messiah ... there is no greater power afforded to man.  There is no greater love. (Ephesians 1:6)

Intercessory Prayer:  Dear Father, we have been brought to life again by the sacrifice of Your Son.  We owe you everything.  In Jesus Name.  Amen.
