    Friday, April 4th, 2014, Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“I would sooner walk in the dark and hold hard to a promise of God, than to trust in the light of the brightest day that ever dawned” (C. H. Spurgeon).

Jesus promises, “...lo I am with you even to the end of the world” (Matthew 28:20). What a promise this is for those who walk with Him. Not only is such an affirmation a stabilizer in these uncertain times, but also it is a guiding light for us when the times are better.  May we faithfully hang on through the whole ride.

God, thank You for lighting our path and leading us through places we have not been. Amen.
