     Tuesday, November 26th. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“Cheer up—only a dentist has to look down in the mouth” (Unknown).

Every day each of us is confronted with choices. We may choose to make someone’s day, or we may choose to ruin someone’s day. That someone may be a friend, neighbor, relative, or even ourselves. We should choose today to be the bright spot in someone’s day, even if that light is just for us.  In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus reminds us: “Ye are the light of the world ” ( 5:14a).  Our goal should be to light up someone’s world, not just today but every day.

God, may I be an encouragement to someone today. Amen.
