Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“Man cannot live all to this world. If not religious, he will be superstitious. If he worships not the true God, he will have his idols.”  (Theodore Parker 1810–1860)

When we have a true relationship with The True God, we have no need for idols. With our relationship with God, even religion falls by the wayside. Jesus reminds us in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

God, Thank You for desiring us and leading us into a relationship with you. Amen.
